Why I can not record mouse moves?
Dear Customer,
We had found this problem on some users computers. It depends on the ' win 7/ win 8 User Account Control'. On most computers the ghost mouse can work fine.
The win 7/8 stopped the tools to record , and the only way to solve this problem is to change the User Account Control on your win 7/8 system. like this:
1. Run secpol.msc , go into Local Policies/Security Options and modify User Account Control to disable running as normal users.
2. Restart the computer.
After that , the Ghost Mouse can work fine.
